Order Cancellation Conditions
For orders of outdoor dining chairs, outdoor armchairs, and outdoor table sets, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders that have not been shipped within 48 hours of being placed can be cancelled directly.

  • Orders that have been placed for more than 48 hours or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics to deliver the items and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • To apply for an order cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at assist@casaviora.com or by phone at +1 (360) 790-0231. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. Once approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Description
Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used at the time of purchase.

Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Order Status Verification
Before approving any cancellation request, we will verify the real-time shipping status with our logistics providers. If the system shows the order has already entered the shipping stage, the cancellation request will be denied, and the order will proceed according to the shipping policy.

Cancellation Confirmation
Upon the successful cancellation of your order, we will send a confirmation notification to the email address provided during checkout. Please retain this email for your records until the refund has been successfully processed.
