We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when purchasing our outdoor dining chairs, outdoor armchairs, and outdoor dining table sets. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
Delivery Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Australia. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: Orders totaling AUD 100 or more represent free shipping.

Standard Shipping: For orders totaling less than AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cutoff time is 6:00 PM (18:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time/Australian Eastern Daylight Time (Australia/Sydney).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing will commence on the next available business day.
Handling Time
After your order is confirmed and payment is verified, the handling time for the warehouse to pick and pack your items is 1-3 business days.
Transit Time
Once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse, the estimated transit time for delivery to your address is 7-15 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Disclaimer
Product Damage or Loss
If your product is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and provide photos to assist with the claim process.
Shipping Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the route or cancel the shipment.
Delivery Address and Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the package to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete. Please verify your shipping details carefully.
Sign-off and Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If you notice significant damage to the box, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Delivery Restrictions
Due to the size and weight of outdoor furniture (such as dining sets and armchairs), we may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid physical street address (residential or commercial) to ensure successful delivery.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your item from a local depot or arrange for re-delivery. Failure to collect the item or arrange re-delivery within the carrier's specified timeframe may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the item.
