    • Orders of 100 AUD or moreFree Shipping.

    • Orders under 100 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD applies.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping Duration: Delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Conditions:

    • Within 48 hours: You may cancel your order directly if it is within 48 hours of purchase and the order has not yet been shipped.

    • Over 48 hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.   • Exchange Scope/Conditions: We accept exchanges within 45 days of receipt for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Process: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the package. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return Method: Refunds are processed through the original payment institution (e.g., Visa, MasterCard), identical to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
